We are the Arcturians. For many of you, you consider or it is considered that today is a portal of energy due to the numerology and planetary alignment. And what we wish for you to gain from the portal energy that you identify with, that is presented to you is actually always available to you but is more intensified which is why is brought to your awareness. So within that and especially with this full moon specifically in Gemini it is about healing the duality, releasing the old fragmentation of Consciousness allowing deep purging to happen on the subconscious level. The purging can be coming from old memories of self or trauma. It can even just be coming up from very small amounts of understanding where you need to nurture yourself better. Allowing yourself to re-examine every aspect that you are living in. Because within this upgrade of energy especially what you are moving into as a collective into this new decade, it is about recognizing that your Consciousness manifest in your body and that is where disease comes in. So allowing yourself to recognize what feels imbalanced and what psychological aspect is connected to that physical connection. It is imperative, especially if you are a lightworker that you allow yourself to cycle through this evolution of understanding how to heal, how to embrace yourself, embrace the pain to then find more of that pleasure in the understanding of the duality that you live in as a collective. This energy is requiring again of you to take steps into new directions that feel very uncomfortable but yet once you take that first initiation of step it allows you to open up and actually frees you deeper from those fears or limits of old consciousness.

Of course this is not an easy job by any means and we have given and we give you the highest upmost respect and gratitude for the work that you all have been doing and continue to do. But at this time specifically through this portal of energy, a wake-up call from many, to recognize the direction that you have been feeling internally and to not ignore it any longer. To move in a the way of love and to allow yourself to be vulnerable at the true essence of yourself. So that you are longer hiding in the shadows of your darkness or even another's darkness, it is time to come together as a community but first and foremost with yourself to embrace all of your aspects to love yourself wholeheartedly. And even if you do not feel all of the love all the time it is part of the process to be in and out of that alignment to bring more balance in through that swaying of that pendulum back and forth.

Again what is happening on a collective scale with this energy specifically today through this 12 12 energy, it is opening a new portal and new way for this high frequency to come into all of the collective consciousness. So that is available for you to tap into if you are ready and your system has been prepped and it will continue to be prepped for higher frequencies as this year ends, but also it is very much about recognizing how multidimensional you all are and how that is shifting specifically. You are ready to start seeing and being in more contact with ETs, you are ready to learn how to break more free from the conditions that have been placed upon you and that you continue to live in.

We know that the fear is a real reality for many of you but again it is always the choice to recognize how much stronger you are than that thought of fear or even the physical feeling of fear itself. And as we said every day can be a portal for you every moment you have that ability to tap into higher frequency, higher levels of consciousness which will then give you higher Ascension symptoms and your body will keep purging in order to keep being a lighter light body to move forward. So we continue to give you support and we want you to know that there is beautiful energy and expanse today for you to tap into this unconditional love, this understanding deeper of new ways of feminine and masculine energy and then even the combined energy of those two in their true form and essence and that new energy it then creates. And that is what you are moving towards this new paradigm of frequency. It is beyond definition at this time for you because it exceeds language itself but there will be more and more information coming in for you to then be able to understand on a conceptual level but at this time your systems need to keep integrating and digesting this information, these frequencies.

So again nourish yourself as much as you can allow yourself to rest allow yourself to quiet the mind and meditate as much as possible especially so that your brain does not try to overtake your heart space. You will still feel these energies of today going into the next three days specifically so there is plenty of time for you to allow yourself to purge, there is no rush or need to fear that you may still have fear itself because of course you are still in duality. That is the beauty of what you were all doing you are coexisting in such a multidimensional wave of Consciousness already that is just continuing to open up in different ways.
