At this time specifically we are excited to see that more and more of you are connecting to that childlike sense of self. That inner child that you all have no matter what age you are that is not necessarily something that you need to hide anymore. Because when you integrate your inner child or those childlike aspects of wonder and optimism and fun and play, it enhances your life to open it up to new areas of wonder and experience. Because at this time specifically all of the work that you have been through collectively and individually all of the turmoil that you have been facing all of the darkness that you have been up against or meeting has been there to help purge those limitations, those conditionings those old beliefs that have squandered your inner child. That have made you harder in terms of your physical expression or energetic essences and when we say harder we mean just lower denser energies.

You are working through all of this the more that it comes up for you to interact with or even witness, gives you that opportunity to see how far you have come and what you then can integrate or accept even within your shadow-self. Even as a child you still experience all of the range of emotions and it is okay. So allow yourself to feel more free with your expression, not in ways of causing harm but in ways of trusting your body, trusting your heart. Allowing your mind to quiet or even just become more in alignment with what you are feeling in your heart to then open up and be at peace on and off again to allow those optimisms of life to come in. To know that you can receive and create all that you are wanting to experience. The more that you filter through these denser energies the more freed up energy you then have to accept and allow that limitlessness of your being, of your experience here to happen. And it is already happening and we are very proud and grateful for all of the hard work that you are and continue to do. We are the Arcturians, until we speak again.
