Recognizing all of your old ideology and cultural beliefs, seeing them all for what they are and then recognizing what you are ready to let go of even more. This purging process has your best interest in mind because it then allows you to open up deeper into your vulnerability and express yourself from a more grounded aware place then from an old reactive unconscious place.”

“The work that you have been doing has led you to this moment for you to open up and recognize what truly feels in alignment with your heart deeper than your mind. And we say this message all the time but today is very much about reflecting and allowing yourself to feel every emotion that comes forward and then taking the reins and directing yourself of where you are ready to step into. Example being, are you ready to let go of your victimization of the past? Are you ready to integrate the past and love it for everything it has taught you, for how strong it has made you and continues to make you ready for more of the future that you are wanting to live in. That is part of what is integrating. Your current self and your past self are being cleansed so that the past really cannot hold you back any longer but yet at the same time it is still up to each individual in their own system and mind of what they are ready and going to let go of and move into.”
