“We are excited to tell you that things are opening and preparing for you in such beautiful ways behind the scenes at this time. To those who have a higher view from their level of consciousness can feel what's going on behind the scenes, but for some of you, you can just feel the build-up and know that things are coming to fruition. It is okay if you are feeling sad or misguided because through that you are allowing the process of the old to come to surface to understand what no longer serves you anymore to then move forward from that new place of the release. The release of the old the release of a pattern that no longer serves you any longer. The time is now to be open to all different possibilities of alignment for yourself. Because if you try to figure out how things will happen then you can get stuck in the mind and try to logically understand something that may not be able to be logically understood or seen from that perspective.”

“So we urge you to allow those ways of understanding and planning and some what coming from a fear-based mentality but to allow that to dissipate and redirect your focus into what is already working for you. What is already bringing you joy, what is already filling up your cup and if there are not many things to find look for the little things.” 

“It is very important now to understand your frequency. The energy that you put out is also what you attract and if you are allowing this process from this mercury  retrograde to cleanse you even deeper and understand how to communicate better with yourself. Then you will know that it is all about finding a way to trust yourself even deeper. Trust your inner heart, your feeling of true north and whatever that is for you. Understanding that you are the best person for advice or for understanding where your frequency is.”

“You could even think of it in terms of percentages, asking how do I feel and even see that in a percentage or just witness the emotion that you are feeling and then allow yourself to focus on things that will help lift your vibration. Your using those little things as stepping tools/stones and allowing your self to go higher and higher.  It's not always about being in a higher frequency place that is the goal, of course just like the ocean you will flow in and out and through the level of Consciousness it is a spiraling circular motion that sometimes dips you down back into the past to then see it from that New Perspective that you have gained from your Ascension.  That is what the human process is all about ever-evolving and ever-expanding. That is what you have all signed up for and some of you may have decided to have harder lessons than others but that is all part of the whole process for humanity to come out from those old levels of frequency and into a deeper understanding of duality. Of the light and the darkness, but allowing the darkness to no longer suppress what is meant to come up to the surface. Many of you are allowing the masks of Darkness or your shadow-self to be seen deeper now and to witness the darker aspects of yourself and find love in that and because it does make you whole and it does not make you a bad person or deteriorate any of your self-worth. It is all about understanding that we need one to understand the other. Keep grounding yourself through this energy and know that you are moving in the right direction even if it does not seem like you are moving. The light will come in very soon to illuminate the reason why you are feeling these denser emotions. So keep the faith and understand that you are meant for so much more than what you believe. You all deserve to come into your own high state of frequency and to understand yourself as part of source energy, a part of the collective, a part of the process of this Ascension.
